The health and safety of our patients, our staff and our Providers are of the utmost importance to us. With that goal at the forefront, we want you to know that Desert View Family Medicine has implemented measures to maintain our patient's safety. We ask that patients come alone to their appointment unless it is necessary for a caregiver to accompany the patient. This will help limit exposure to other patients and our employees and Providers. All patients are required to wear a mask or some sort of face covering when entering the building. Our staff and Providers are also wearing masks. We are taking the temperature of all staff, Providers and patients who enter our building. This minor inconvenience will help ensure no one is exposed. If anyone has a fever greater than 100.4, they will be triaged by one of our Providers. Patients calling with COVID-19 symptoms will be triaged over the phone and visits will be done telephonically if necessary. Our facility is also cleaned after each patient following CDC recommendations. We want our patients to remain confident that we will continue to safely provide the same level of care for all of your needs in a safe environment. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
